Congratulations to the 18 faculty who were recently appointed distinguished professors or distinguished term professors in the College of Arts & Sciences.

The 2018 distinguished professors are:

- Kenneth “Andy” Andrews, department of sociology, Phi Delta Theta/Matthew Mason Distinguished Professorship.
- Anna Bardone-Cone, department of psychology & neuroscience, Bowman & Gordon Gray Distinguished Term Professorship.
- Eric Downing, department of Germanic & Slavic languages & literatures, Gerhard L. Weinberg Distinguished Professorship.
