Inclusive Excellence in the College of Arts & Sciences means recognizing the importance of diversity and inclusion in meeting our goal of student-focused, scholarly excellence.
Faculty diversity is a measure of the range of differences represented within our faculty, including, but not limited to, diversity of racial and ethnic groups, lived experiences, socioeconomic status, gender, and sexual orientation. We strive to create an inclusive environment within all departments of the College so that each faculty member has an authentic sense of belonging.
