Dec. 7-9: The U.S. Institute of Peace and the UNC-TISS National Security Fellows Program will hold a three-day course and simulation to address Governance and Democratic Practices in War-to-Peace Transitions.  Day 1, The Role of Government, is designed for a general audience and those who can’t attend all three days.
