The semester-long seminar is a collaboration between <a href=\"http:\/\/honorscarolina.unc.edu\/\">Honors Carolina<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/publicpolicy.unc.edu\/\">Public Policy<\/a> in the College of Arts and Sciences, and it offers students first-hand engagement with people and organizations that influence domestic and international affairs in our nation\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n<p>Twenty-two Carolina students will travel to Washington, D.C. in January to take part in the program for Spring 2015.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Burch
