The devastating effects of the storm are still\u00a0being tabulated as authorities, particularly in the city of Tacloban, work to\u00a0provide relief to survivors and to make sense of the growing death toll.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p> This Thursday at UNC, a small group of faculty panelists will provide an overview\u00a0of the context for the disaster.
