Inspired by a real event, set in many familiar locations in North Carolina and propelled by an ensemble of onstage musicians and dancers, the story unfolds as a rich tapestry of deep emotion, beautiful melodies and powerfully moving performances. PlayMakers offers a six-week practicum for high school students \u2014 both on stage and behind the scenes \u2014 combining top-notch teaching with unparalleled practical experience.
