Sprout UNC is a venture of Nourish UNC that partners with the local, sustainable Coon Rock Farm in Hillsborough to provide students, staff and faculty with healthy, fresh, seasonal produce. Sprout uses local entrepreneurship to support sustainable development in Chapel Hill and across the world. The group sells locally grown produce pre-packaged for pick-up on campus for individuals or groups as well as providing recipes to accompany some of the more exotic produce.
